To use a soap-filled exfoliating sponge, wet it under water to activate the soap. Gently scrub your body in circular motions, focusing on areas that need exfoliation. Rinse thoroughly after use and allow the sponge to dry between uses. you can use other side of sponge for no exfoliation use.
